- Applicants can request an appeal in writing within 30 days. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to present details of the appeal at the next scheduled Admissions Committee meeting. The applicant may elect to address the Committee in person.
- The Committee will review the appeal and determine whether the applicant will be approved for services.
- The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to advise the applicant of the Committee’s decision.
- An applicant may re-apply at a later date should additional evidence supporting their application become available.
